Rick will be responsible for implementing management plans and processes. For the past six years Rick served as Vice President of Human Resources & Operations at a local eLearning company.
"With its new, web based SelfServeApps service for building iPhone apps, HeavyLifters is growing rapidly," said Bateman. "They're at the point where they need to implement the business systems and practices to facilitate that."

Rick is well known locally for his work in the information technology industry. "I started my career in corporate and government environments working with large mainframe applications," explains Rick. "My career has always been closely coupled with technology. Over the past ten years the Internet services industry matured. Everything is moving to the mobile platform and,naturally, so am I."
