March 8, 2010 in iOS Development (E)
[prMac.com] American Fork, UT - Izatt International today is pleased to announce the next course in Izatt's series of iPhone Training Courses will be a new Introduction to iPhone Development Course held March 26-27, 2010 at the Noah Building in South Jordan, UT. Holding the course in South Jordan is intended to serve the needs of the greater Salt Lake City area. The course location is only minutes from downtown (322 West 11000 South).
For those wanting to enter the world of iPhone development, Objective-C and the iPhone SDK are the keys. This course is designed for those with object-oriented programming experience, but little or no experience with Objective-C or the iPhone development kit.
The Introductory course is being offered in response to the growing interest in iPhone app development sparked by the announcement of Apple's new iPad device. The skills gained in this course will transfer directly to developing apps for the new iPad, as well as iPhone and iPod touch.
"Since the announcement of the iPad, interest has really grown." remarked Jason Izatt, CEO of Izatt International. "Many new apps have been submitted by Izatt students, with more on the way. Other students have found jobs or contract work with existing development shops. It's great to know we're making a difference."
The course is two hours on a Friday evening (March 26, 7-9pm), followed by a full Saturday (March 27, 8am-5pm). Course price is $299 (USD). Information on the Introduction to iPhone Development Course, including cost, curriculum and pre-requisites can be found on the Izatt International website.
