[prMac.com] Porvoo, Finland - The popular iPhone gaming website Slide To Play has awarded iAssociate 2, from TicBits Ltd with 4/4, a perfect score. Reviewer Tim Rattray commented on the games original game concept and gave high remarks on all the free content that the game contained.
"The word game genre is filled with 'me too' apps that look nearly identical, with only slight visual differences. However, cool graphics are only the start. You need a solid and original game to base them on, which most word games don't have. Luckily, iAssociate 2 isn't like most word games." writes Tim Rattray. "Even if you're not interested in buying more content, you should definitely give iAssociate 2 a try. After all, where else can you find a way to make a link between a square and a mankini?"
"We're really happy to see that the game has been so well received by Slide To Play" says Fredrik Wahrman, CEO of TicBits Ltd. "Getting press coverage for a word game has been a big challenge for us, when competing with games that offer rich 3D graphics and special effects, but this review really helps us prove that games like iAssociate 2 have a lot to offer to the users." "This review also comes at the same time as we are adding another free level to the game, as thanks to our users and fan community for helping us reach 250,000 downloads, we couldn't have done it without them."
iAssociate 2, the successor to the award-winning word association game iAssociate, was released on the App Store on May 21st and has since then already built up a good reputation among it's players. iAssociate 2 is a word association game, where players have to figure out which words or phrases are associated to each other and was featured on ABC's Good Morning America as a game that is great for keeping your brain sharp.
