[prMac.com] Montreal, Quebec, Canada - Independent developer Jason Jensen today is pleased to announce the release and immediate availability of Friend Update 1.0, his new app for iOS devices. Friend Update presents simple list of up to 30 friends. Tapping a friend will bring the user to a page displaying that friend's facebook and/or twitter feeds. If the same post is found on Facebook and Twitter it will only appear once in the app.
Comments can be displayed in the same view by double-tapping a post. Post can be commented on, liked, replied to and/or retweeted by tapping and holding on a post. Swiping left or right will switch between the pages of friends in the list. The app is intended to let users, who are too busy to address the torrent of updates they would otherwise receive on social networking sites, focus on just the people who are most important to them.
