While some of the Panasonic TM700 videos could be loaded to iMovie, there are still some videos recorded in 1080/60p or 108050p with 28Mbps could not be recognized by iMovie 8 and iMovie 9.

AVCHD MTS/M2TS Converter for Mac is the recommended TM700 to iMovie converter on Mac OS to make the HD videos editable in iMovie. The Mac Panasonic AVCHD converter supports loading 1080/60p and 1080/50p TM700 .mts files and converting videos to iMovie compatible format.
