For those who live in Europe, My Own Loan 2.5 incorporates a system that lets the final user select a reference rate for the mortgage that is referred to some conventional inter-bank exchange rates. For example a fixed rate mortgage/loan one can choose to use as a reference rate one in the category of the EurIRS rates.
At the same time for a variable rate mortgage/loan one can choose to use as a reference rate one in the category of the Euribor rates, or the ECB rate. The user will always have these reference rates up to date, since the app has an internal mechanism of updating that can be set as manual or automatic.
