SmartPad 2 extends that "smartness" to Projects, with the introduction of GTDo's - tasks that automatically flow from the top of each Project into the active task list, and on into the calendar. When you mark a GTDo as "done," the next task from that Project automatically replaces it. Project and task management just got smarter.

Integrated:
Not just Notes - HyperNotes. Flip to a day in the calendar, and take notes on the facing page. Then highlight any word, phrase, sentence or paragraph to create a new task, appointment or follow-up. The item is automatically linked to the notes page. View a summary of all items associated with any HyperNote, and tap on links to jump between connected items.

Informed:
Time calls, tasks, even meetings with the Time Logger. Even time and pause multiple items. Then export reports to Excel. Great for managing contact billing, homework assignments, or just keeping track of how you spend your time.

Connected:
SmartPad synchronizes Calendars and Events directly from the iPad Calendar. From there, Apple offers a host of connections to the outside world: Exchange, Mobile Me, Google Calendar - among others. SmartPad also synchronizes Projects and Tasks toToodledo, the free online task list. Using your device calendar and Toodledo as go-betweens, now you can connect tasks, projects, calendars and events to SmartCal, the companion to SmartPad for the iPhone.
