[prMac.com] Beijing, China - Anansi Mobile, developer of a wide variety of iPhone and iPad games for the casual gamer has released their first simulator game on App Store. Flight Tycoon is an airport simulation game where the player can build an airport and airline company from the ground up. Players interact with each other forming an ever-growing network of airports around the virtual world.
With the intention of being a fun, casual, and social game, the Flight Tycoon game mechanics are simple to pick up and understand. The interface is streamlined and meeting friends with their own airports is exciting and amazingly easy. The goal is to network with friends' airports to gain profits and to expand the airport and the city surrounding it. Its bright and colorful art style is very appealing and the animation of the aircraft taking off and landing truly makes the game world comes to life.
"Our team has worked very hard to bring this game to the stage where it is now." says Rui Zhang, Anansi head game developer. "We want to give the player an entertaining experience but don't want them to feel isolated in the game world. We feel this will give them the kind of social experience they look for in a social networking game."
Flight Tycoon also brings several features that set it apart from the other sims. It combines managing an airport, city, and airline in one game. Over thirty aircraft is available to be unlocked and customized. Also several areas of land with varying weather will open giving your airport room to expand. Flight Tycoon can keep players entertained for hours on end.
