[prMac.com] Milano, Italy - Independent developer Cristian Esposito is pleased to announce the release of RPGplane -Set Your Maps on Fire- for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. RPGplane -Set your Maps on Fire- is an universal app that will make easy to play any pen and paper RPG anywhere. It will transform your iPod touch, iPhone or iPad in a virtual tabletop, making your RPG experiences even more epic. RPGplane features 17 detailed maps, 48 beautiful tokens and 16 objects such as treasures, weapons and armours. RPGplane doesn't bound you to any ruleset, so you can use it for any pen and paper RPG.
With the latest update, RPGplane features:
* 17 detailed maps
* 48 beautiful tokens
* 16 useful objects
* Pinch Zoom to get a hold of the battlefield
* Fog with customizable density and field of view for each token
* The ability to customize every aspect of a token, from size, to text, number and colour
* Customizable grid dimension
* A special save file made for each map, that will load monsters and treasures automatically, to play even if a master isn't around
We plan on making RPGplane -Set your maps on fire- the best app of its genre at the lowest price possible ($2.99, and will not go any higher), through useful updates made with the users needs in mind. The first update, 1.1, already reflects this. In the second one, we will include the possibility to roll dices, heavily asked by our users, and to set a value for each object that will show only when the object is selected. We're also working to make the users able to import their own maps in the app and to draw them directly on their devices.

* Requires iOS 3.1 or later
* Universal Application
* 24.6 MB
Pricing and Availability:
RPGplane -Set Your Maps on Fire- is $2.99 USD (or equivalent amount in other currencies) and available worldwide exclusively through the App Store in the Games category.
