Otto The Otter iPhone/iPad Release; Giveaway Sweepstakes Continued
May 10, 2011 in Books
[prMac.com] Durham, North Carolina - Baked Ham Games, a North Carolina-based creator of mobile applications, today announced the release of Otto the Otter, a new children's book app for the iPhone/iPad. Based on the children's book written by Ian Mehr and illustrated by Erik Reichenbach, the Otto the Otter mobile application provides an electronic version of the hardcopy book currently available for purchase at Amazon. The app has multiple modes for children to interact with the book, including narration in paid versions. Free versions of the app are also available for trial, but they are missing some of the key elements that allow the paid apps to really connect with children.
Baked Ham Games also announced a continuation of the Otto the Otter iTunes Giveaway Sweepstakes. Sixteen winners of the prior giveaway received prizes such as an iTunes giftcard, a copy of the Otto the Otter children's book, and codes to download the mobile application for free. For this second round of the sweepstakes, we will be offering a new round of all the same prizes. The sweepstakes will continue until May 31, 2011, and winners will be announced on June 1, 2011. Entry is free and open to the public. Enter the Otto the Otter iTunes Giveaway Sweepstakes now at the link below.
