[prMac.com] Hampshire, United Kingdom - Original Games Studios, a burgeoning digital game developer, has today announced the release of Rollover for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. A tilt based game that's as entertaining as it is addicting, Rollover is a classic arcade adventure that challenges players to guide multiple balls past obstacles and other dangers while racking up enough points to blast from one level to the next. The game includes a multitude of level-specific bonus items for players to discover, not to mention a full one hundred levels to play through. Rollover is currently available for download on the Apple App Store for $0.99 / 0.59 / Euro 0.79 in the Games category.
This wildly kinetic game represents a modern digital update of the timeless hand-held tilt puzzles of yesteryear. To play the game, players rock their mobile device however they can in order to guide multiple balls at once around diverse game-fields. Each individual level in Rollover includes a colorful array of bonus items, obstacles, and traps to keep gameplay engrossing and varied. The game itself is fairly vast in its scope, consisting of a total of one hundred increasingly challenging levels.
Because it was built to emulate a real tilt-puzzle game, Rollover is easy to master and incredibly intuitive to play. The player's goal is to get the most points possible in order to win a gold cup on each level. Players can race to grab their gold cup either through accuracy, sheer speed, or a balance of the two. In an imaginative twist, certain levels in Rollover will be marked by golden frames. These golden framed levels, if conquered, will give players a 'free pass' that they can use to skip a single level they find particularly hard further on in the game.
Whether you find yourself at lunch with a few minutes to kill, or simply in the mood to get a little gaming done, there's no better daily dose of exhilarating mobile arcade action than Rollover for iOS.
