[prMac.com] Wiesbaden, Germany - Indie iOS developer Spielhaus (creator of the unique productivity app Today To-Do: Clever Task Management) today is pleased to introduce Pixel Dude: Editor for Pixel Art with Dropbox Support 1.0, used to create retro style pixel art images. Pixel Dude is geared towards developers who seek to create sprites for their games as well as designers and pixel art aficionados. Pixel Dude has been designed specifically to take advantage of the screen size of the iPad. The canvas is mapped at a fixed size of 32x32 pixels and allows a natural and precise way of drawing. The sensible feature set is supplemented by the built-in Dropbox support. With this feature users are able to access their images on every device supported by the immensely popular Dropbox service. Pixel Dude has been tested and improved in "the field" over many iterations providing high usability and stability. Most app interface graphics were created with an early prototype of the app itself.
