MacBreakZ 5.02 adds support for Growl notifications

MacBreakZ is an integrated solution designed to address the entire spectrum of computer related health problems, ranging from eyestrain, headaches, neck, wrist, elbow and back pain to more severe Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI), including carpal tunnel syndrome, writer's cramp, tendonitis, etc.

This latest release adds support for Growl notifications.

MacBreakZ offers a unique way of acquiring life-enhancing ergonomic skills that can prevent much discomfort and protect its users from serious health and career-threatening injury.

The break reminder component of MacBreakZ features sophisticated keyboard and mouse monitoring (without invading the user's privacy) that allows it to react to individual computer usage patterns.
