New iPad 2 Security Base - Ideal For Retail and Business Applications

This new Security Base is a beefed up version of their original Display Dock and includes additional features to secure both the iPad 2 and the acrylic base. This product is ideal for applications like point of purchase displays, trade shows, and other public venues.
Constructed from a solid 1 1/4" clear acrylic the security base weighs close to the three pounds. Just like in the Apple Store, the Security Base can be secured to a table or counter with heavy duty 3M pressure sensitive adhesive. The Base also comes with screw holes as an additional option for securing.
To secure the iPad 2 newPCgadgets has designed acrylic brackets that attach to the top of the Base. The brackets are secured with tamper-proof screws and can only be removed with the included torx screw driver. Depending on your preference the brackets can be positioned to prevent or allow access to on/off button.
