[prMac.com] Screen Invaders is a tap-based game where the user has to attempt to repel the increasing numbers of aliens on their screen within the given time limit. The game is set in a world where Earth is on the brink of being invaded by a terrible alien species, intent on destroying and enslaving the planet’s populace.
Featuring dozens of levels, 3 different difficulty settings and game center integration, Screen Invaders is sure to provide entertainment for the whole family, as well as for those boring morning commutes. The simplicity of the game is one of its greatest assets, due to the fact that it can be played by all ages. No matter how old you are, the world still depends upon you to try and defend the planet from those monstrous hordes!
The inclusion of combos and an epic boss level to round off a huge amount of gameplay, you certainly get a lot of 'bang for your buck'.
Attollos Technology, founded in June 2011, are delighted to release the game after months of secrecy and limited give aways. Co-founder Thomas Whitaker comments “Screen Invaders is a great little game that will be another valuable addition for the casual gaming community, for just filling up that little bit of time whether you are waiting for a bus or on the train into work”. Co-founder and developer James Robinson added “it’s simple and addictive, who doesn’t love that?!”.
Screen Invaders has already attracted the interest of industry leaders Stick Sports, the two companies have formed an association, and you can expect to see lots of Screen Invaders themed adverts plastered all over the Stick Sports website and within their own iOS applications in the next few weeks.
Attollos Technology is a private limited company founded in June 2011 by Thomas Whitaker and James Robinson. The company specializes in creating iPhone applications and is on the brink of releasing its debut game: Screen Invaders onto Apple's famous AppStore. We are based in London and the aim of the company is to create fun engaging games for the casual gaming community. We hope to be able to provide the next generation of apps that are whipped out on the way into work or just played when the user has a spare 5 minutes or so. For this reason we envisage attempting to create fun, 'pick-up and play' games that are easy to understand and universally enjoyed. Copyright (C) 2011 Attollos Technology All Rights Reserved.
