[prMac.com] Miami, Florida - Tokkao announces Paper Wings 1.02, a free game for iPhone, has lowered the prices of most of their virtual items in the in-app store to almost a 50% discount.
Tokkao's new game, Paper Wings, has decreased the prices of many of its items in the store after the new year's update. Paper Wings is an Arcade/Adventure game for iPhone and iPod touch that was released last year in November. The game features a new character unlocking system where player can obtain new pilots and power ups at the same time, since each character (pilot) in the game contains their own innate abilities.
Paper Wings takes the players into a journey around the world, from the busy city to the isolated north pole. Each level features objectives the players must complete to advance to the next, which will keep the players interacting with different styles of gameplay.
The purpose of the game is to fly as far as the players can while moving through obstacles. The game also introduces the concept of enemy and bonus zones in which the perspective of game slightly switches to a different angle and changes the look and feel of the actions.
As the player progresses, they are collecting items and power ups, which helps them achieve better scores. The game has integration with OpenFeint and Game Center and players can interact with other player's scores in the leaderboards.
