iDamaged gets 60beat gamepad support

in Games (F)

[] Liverpool, United Kingdom - The Red Thing Games is proud to announce iDamaged 1.0.3 supports gamepad - 60beat kindly offered The Red Thing to be part in it's early release stages of the rollout of the 60beat iPhone and iPad gamepad. Implementing the code support for the gamepad into iDamaged was really easy and the overhead quite small.

The iDamaged update also sees other changes like new game modes in the form of easy, medium and hard. Also there's new instructions aswell as gameplay tweaks, the ability to sell back weapon upgrades and the ability purchase ingame points to get upgrades earlier without having to play the game for very long.

We are very proud that iDamaged was featured by Apple on their "What We're Playing" in the United States, Canada, Japan, Mexico, Australia, South Korea and more countries. Furthermore iDamaged took the #6 spot in the top grossing arcade games charts of Belarus and went into the top 100 of over a dozen other countries!

Also a free Lite version of iDamaged has been added to Apple's AppStore with less content and features than the full version of the game. As for the coming updates iDamaged will be getting more missions which are being created now.

On a sad not iDamaged has been hit quite hard by piracy with roughly 90% of all players having pirated the game so far. We understand we can't combat piracy but we urge players who have pirated the game to at least spread the word about the game to others who will actually purchase the game.
