[prMac.com] Nashville, Tennessee - Astral Software has introduced Tunes Addictions 1.0 free for iOS, their Music player application that combines a simple, easy-to-navigate user interface with a social media music sharing tool. Tunes Addictions is both a music player and social tool that allows users to listen to music with ease and share artist and song details with others via text message, Facebook, and email.
Music fans create a custom library of songs with Tunes Addictions. To add songs to Tunes Addictions, users simply tap the spyglass search button. This launches the iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad Music Library. Users may add songs by simply tapping on the song. Users may choose multiple songs via the Music menu by Playlists, Artists, Songs, Albums, Compilations, Composers, and Genres. Once a user has finished choosing songs to add to the application, the user taps done. All selected songs are now added to the Tunes Addictions Library.
Users easily play, pause, fast forward, rewind, or delete songs in Tunes Addictions. The graphic interface is non-technical and easy to use, making song listening a simple and uncluttered experience. Each song features a graphic of the album cover and the name of the Track, Artist, and Album. The intuitive graphical user interface makes Tunes Additions easy for anyone of any age to use.

While other music player applications are limited to music listening, Tunes Addictions is different. It is not only a music player, but also a tool for sharing music via social media. The social media sharing buttons allow users to share music information via text message, Facebook post, and email. Each easy-to-navigate social media button allows the user to send the album cover art with a prompt to "Check out this band." Users may create their own custom message to be sent via text, email, or shared on Facebook. This allows users to share their favorite bands, singers, and albums with a customized message or announcement. It also provides an avenue to share new artists and songs, making Tunes Addictions a powerful tool for spreading the word about innovative and trendsetting artists. Users can promote upcoming artists and share old favorites with this application.
Tunes Addictions' sharing and social media options provide an opportunity beyond simply playing and sharing music with others. The sharing features harness the power of music and its ability to send a powerful message. Users may share music information for special occasions such as birthdays, holidays, or other sentiments. For example, a user may text their wedding song to a spouse on an anniversary. Or, they may post a birthday song on Facebook in celebration of a friend's birthday. Parents may email song information to a child to remind them how proud they are of a job well done or to provide support and encouragement. Users may send song information to let someone know that they are thinking of them or even to end a relationship. Users may use the power of music to help express any sentiment.
