Navicat 8 for MySQL adds exporting to Excel, supporting of ODBC Import

[prMac.com] Hong Kong - Navicat has released Navicat 8 for MySQL, an update to its database administrative tool. The software is used to simplify MySQL database management by letting users create, organize, access and share information.
In version 8 of the application, features enable export from MySQL to Excel, increased support for ODBC importing, code completion in all SQL Editors, MySQL 5.1 updates, and SQL preview for all object design forms. Navicat 8 additionally offers more support in regards to creating view, table, and import/export profile shortcuts on the desktop. Other changes involve more adjustable table and column properties in the Table design form, and the ability to send a notification e-mail for a scheduled task, with the option of attaching a file from Export Wizard.
Navicat also features an intuitive GUI and lets you connect to local or remote databases. It offers powerful visual tools such as Import/ Export Wizard, Visual Query Builder, Data/ Structure Synchronization, SSH Tunnel and more, to increase your productivity.
