[prMac.com] Vantaa, Finland - Soundical has announced that a new application, Leo's Christmas Band, has been released today for iOS devices. Leo's Christmas Band is a fun music application for children between the ages of 2 and 8.
Leo's Christmas Band has eight fun animal characters, each playing an instrument. Children can choose which animals play in the band. Soundical's advanced audio engine allows children to adjust the music in several ways in real-time. For instance, when the playing animals are tapped, they change their playing style. There are three favorite Christmas songs to choose from, including Jingle Bells, to ensure that the children will not get bored with this application.
In addition to being a very entertaining application, Leo's Christmas Band also has an educative side to it. It develops the musical skills of children as they learn to mix different musical instruments and styles.
"We are fathers ourselves and we want to see our children have fun during this holiday season in a special way," says Jukka Rauhala of Soundical. "That's why we combined well-known Christmas songs and lovable animal characters to create an application that allows our children to adjust the music themselves in numerous ways. It puts a smile on our children's faces, which is the best reward for us!"
