[prMac.com] Sacramento, California - Gorillzied Corporation announces its new application, Outline for Mac. It is the first application for Mac OS X that can open notebooks in the Microsoft OneNote format without conversion or use of virtual machines.
Microsoft OneNote is a popular note-taking system used by individuals and companies. Present on all major platforms and operating systems, it remained absent on Mac OS. Mac users had to use limited OneNote Web App or virtualization solutions. Outline for Mac is the first OS X application to solve this problem natively. The application can open all types of OneNote files and display them exactly as they were created in OneNote keeping page formatting and notebook structure. All content can be copied and to other Mac applications for sharing or exporting.
Outline for Mac features a powerful search engine that makes all content created in MS Onenote searchable on Mac. Search results for all opened notebooks appear instantly. When used in connection with Outline or MS Onenote linked to Dropbox, Outline for Mac will display all updates as they appear on the iPad or PC.
"This is our first expansion from iOS to other platforms", says Alex Polezhaev VP Marketing. "Outline , our first iPad app for OneNote users and idea takers has received huge response. We know that everyone wants a native OneNote solution for Mac and we are happy to provide the best of it."
Outline for Mac is available on the Mac AppStore as universal binary and compatible with OSX 10.7 and later.
