Following Zone diet may prove often difficult due to calculations required for each meal. Health Calendar aims to simplify the life of the user, reducing the effort needed to plan his diet. It lets the user organize with simple drag and drop every aspect: food, meals, meditations and physical activities. Food is automatically fitted to blocks without the need of calulations. Every item in the app can be used just by dragging it into the plan for the day and customized with a few clicks. Typing is reduced to the minimum possible.

Every item in the calendar can be saved by simply dragging it. Even entire days can be saved to be reused to plan recurring days with just a movement of the mouse. Items can also be dragged like files, to store them or email them to friends. Health Calendar can also export daily plans to iCal, making it possible to reorganize diet considering every aspect of the user life. Data about physical changes of the user is stored and can be visualized in graphs, to monitor improvements and benefits of following the Zone Diet.
