[prMac.com] Dietlikon, Switzerland - Demodit GmbH today is pleased to announce the release and immediate availability of ClassicWeather 1.1 free for OS X, a Mac version of its iPhone/iPad weather app. This handsomely styled app simultaneously displays compact widgets with forecasts for multiple cities. Tabbed buttons change the view to informative text and graphics, reporting the weather today, summary for the next days, hourly weather for next days, and a description in text. ClassicWeather for iPhone/iPad is availble since more than a year and earned a 4-star rating in the U.S. App Store.
The weather widgets of the app represent weather information for selectable cities in a simple and clear way. The widgets are equal to those of the iPhone/iPad version. As the app also supports iOS like swipe gestures, mobile users are at once familiar with the app. Nevertheless it still responds to computer controls like the mouse wheel.

As downloads of Mac version are even lower as for iPhone/iPad, the current upgrade price may be increased in the future."
