[prMac.com] Wellesley, Massachusetts - Ladeez First Media is proud to announce the updated SevenMinutes 1.3 for iOS. Using only your own body weight, work out at home using the Seven Minutes app. Twelve videos, 30 seconds each, walk the user through the workout, pausing between each for ten seconds. This intensive circuit fitness workout is a great way to easily get healthy and fit with minimal time commitment and nothing more than a towel, optional mat, and chair needed. With exercises such as pushups, crunches, high knees, alternating left and right pushups, and wall sit, the user is able to either do one exercise individually by clicking on its button, or perform the entire workout with the click of a single button.
This technique for circuits was documented in the New York Times and is based on scholarly research. Can you spare seven minutes of your day to work out and feel and look better? Take the time, you'll thank yourself.
In the settings tab, the user is able to set local notifications to remind him or herself to workout. A curated playlist gives a full list of motivating music available for download. The app is localized in English, French and Spanish.
SevenMinutes is available for download for iOS, Android and Kindle. Visit website for more information.
