[prMac.com] Cedar Park, Texas - Web Information Solutions, today announces the release, and immediate availability of the latest update to their critically acclaimed application, Pocket Informant Pro. Pocket Informant is built with the simple premise of bringing everything about your day into one location, and making it beautifully simple to use. Your calendar, task list, notes and contacts all under one roof make it possible to streamline your day, thus allowing more time to do the important things of life. We realize that no two users are exactly the same, so we have made nearly everything within the app to be customizable, from how much information is shown each day to the colors of the calendars, and everything in between.
This latest update brings several exciting things to the table such as Quick Entry for events. Simply swipe down in any screen to bring up an event entry, making it easier than ever to add calendar data to Pocket Informant Pro.
Also added is greater capability within the Notes feature of Pocket Informant Pro with a "pause" button for voice recording, and drag and drop to arrange notes between folders. Sync your notes to Evernote and take full advantage of the Pocket Informant Pro features together with the Evernote function that you love.
Need a specific date/day to stand out when looking at your calendar? Simply press and hold on your chosen date and select to change the color of the day. Now your eyes will be drawn to look every time you open Pocket Informant Pro, making sure you pay attention to the data entered in that date!
One major feature is the ETA feature. This powerful and handy little tool allows you to see your next scheduled event with location, listed with estimated drive time, when in the Today view. Tap on the blue ETA tab and access navigation. No longer an excuse for being late to your appointments! Added within this latest update is the option to customize which calendars shoe ETA, and the ability to swipe-to-hide ETA in the Today view, as well as other ETA options.
Pocket Informant Pro has had a configurable tab/feature bar for quite some time that allows the user to toggle back and forth between views (calendar, task, notes, contacts, settings, today, search and feedback). Added in this update is the option to turn these off/on, re-configure and re-order. Just one more way that we are ensuring each person can set the app to best meet their specific needs.
These added features, plus many more, ensure that Pocket Informant Pro will continue to be the go-to tool for those needing a reliable and easy to use source for extreme productivity.
Pocket Informant Pro is a universal application, built to run on all iOS devices with iOS 6.1 or higher, and is available globally, exclusively through the iTunes App Store, for $12.99 USD.
