[prMac.com] Outlook, Washington, USA - Calf Trail Software, LLC today announced Inbugz 1.0, a native FogBugz client for the iPhone and iPod touch. The first release of Inbugz allows users to reply to incoming customer emails, assign bugs to the proper project, and route tickets to the responsible team member. The native iPhone interface enables developers and managers to keep on top of their projects while away from their desks. At the time of this release, Inbugz is the only FogBugz client available in the App Store.
Inbugz features in version 1.0:
* Reply to support emails while out of the office
* Assign a case to a person on your team
* Sort cases into projects, areas, and fix-fors
* Modify the priority of a case
* Tap on a case number to open in the FogBugz web interface
Calf Trail has designed the first version of Inbugz with the top features necessary for mobile use, and appreciates feedback regarding other features that would be most convenient in an iPhone environment.
