[prMac.com] With EasyMoney users can create any number of Account Books. Each account book can contain as many Expense and Revenue accounts as desired. Transactions are easy to enter and balances are updated immediately.
It is also possible to easily transfer funds from one account to another. Notes can be kept on each account book. Accounts, transfers, and account book notes are all contained in an uncluttered and attractive single window. Account summaries show all transactions for individual accounts. Save or print accounts, transactions, or both. A summary of all activity for all accounts or for any selected account can be viewed and printed with the Ledger window.
There are many potential uses for EasyMoney. These include:
Financial Tracking: Simply enter transactions to see where the money is going. It is not necessary to create any accounts or enter any starting balances in order to do this type of tracking.
Budgeting: Track income and expenses by accounts (categories) to get a good idea of the areas where financial activity is taking place.
Accounting: Allocate starting balances for budget accounts (categories) to limit spending in each account.
