7 to 10 percent of the male population suffer from Protanopia (Daltonism) resulting from insensitivity to red light, causing confusion of greens, reds, and yellows. Unlike alternative solutions, there is no need to take a picture first to figure out a color. Simply point the camera preview on any object to clearly discern proper colors.
