[prMac.com] Driftwood, Texas - Carnation Software today released 'Say it & Mail it Lite' for iPhone and iPod Touch and it's free. You can upgrade to the full version any time you choose. 'Say it & Mail it Lite' records voice memos, which can then be emailed with just a few taps. For iPhone users, the message is sent off immediately, thanks to cell towers. iPod Touch devices store the email or memo and send as soon as they are able to make a Wi-Fi connection.
'Say it & Mail it Lite' has a time-saving autofill feature that, once set, will take care of filling in the email address and subject line automatically. As for the message, there's no typing, just tapping: once to record (Say it), one more time (Mail it), then tap 'Send' to the selected recipient. That's it.
'Say it & Mail it Lite' voice recordings work with all computer operating systems, so there's never a concern about incompatibility. And since the audio files are not stored on the handheld device, there's no need to clear out files.
