With 1-14 pads on iPhone/iPod touch, and 1-16 pads on iPad, the app includes 6 categories of percussion samples. The app features very low latency, continuously variable pitch/volume/pan for each sample, 16-bit sampling, multitouch capability, and 2 stop modes. Including 11 unlocked samples, an additional 200+ are available via an in-app purchase.

This update is free for existing Tempo users. In addition, Tempo Lite is now available as a free download so new users can try out its core functions before upgrading to the full suite of features.
