Reordering and renaming Snapshots is also available through keyboard shortcuts or directly in the menu. Now users can have a Dock for work, a Dock for games, or a Dock for whatever they need.

Then on to the Oxford Internet Institute on July 31st where he will demonstrate how state-of-the-art digital media can be used by a 21st century fine artist by transforming digital photographs into fine art paintings. Quay extends the Dock's functionality, allowing the user to sort Stack menus in several useful ways, and see extra information for each item. Quay 1.1 now also shows version numbers for application icons, process information for running applications, and generates menus for Smart Folders. The user can also generate custom icons on both sides of the Dock.

Dec 13, 2007 - Eternal Storms Software today announced the immediate availability of HierarchicalDock Version 1.1, an application which brings the folder behavior of the Dock of Mac OS X 10.4 to Leopard 10.5 - so additional to Stacks, you can browse the whole hierarchy of your folders. All that needs to be done is to create a folder with HierarchicalDock, drag it to your Dock and you're set.
