Aug 26, 2011 - The iExaminer adapts the iPhone 4 to the Welch Allyn PanOptic which allows clear imaging of the fundus including the optic nerve and retina. The iExaminer App also walks the user through a full eye exam. The iExaminer system has been tested in a clinical setting and can be used by Physicians and technicians. The iExaminer takes simultaneous video and high resolution photographs which allows the user to pick the best photos from the imaging session. Images can be saved, printed and emailed.
