Combined together in a single app, iCountTimer allows anyone to set up workouts quickly. The timer comes with work/rest intervals, and the counter can count repetitions for the user. Frequently used timers and counters can be saved as presets organised by activity types, like boxing, spinning, calisthenics, yoga and many more. These presets are also available in Apple Watch app.
