[prMac.com] Montreal, Canada - Smart Wall allows users to integrate day to day information such as time, date, weather and stock information on their mac's desktop wallpaper, it also allows users to customize their appearance the text's size, font and colour. Information displayed is updated on a regular interval to keep all information as accurate as possible, yet only uses a fraction of CPU. Smart Wall was developed to serve those who are interested in an interactive desktop yet don't have time to learn all there is to know about GeekTool.
The information that you integrate on your desktop will remain there. The background of the editing windows they are displayed in initially will disappear as soon as your done customizing it, and you will be left with only the information displayed in them. Similar to widgets but the only difference is that, unlike widgets, the data will blend right into your desktop as if it's part of the wallpaper.
