[prMac.com] Rugby, United Kingdom - UCD Consulting Limited are delighted to announce the release of their exciting new lifestyle application, "Cocktails Made Easy" which is available to download exclusively for iOS powered devices. Cocktails Made Easy 1.0 is priced at $2.99 USD.
Cocktails Made Easy features 45 of the world's most loved and well-known cocktails, bringing together an eclectic mix of both simple classics and more adventurous, modern concoctions. This allows users of Cocktails Made Easy to create their own inspirational tastes as if they themselves were a leading bartender. In order to facilitate this, Cocktails Made Easy includes video tutorials from world leading bartender Dan Bovey, one of the three finalists in the Bacardi Legacy UK Finals, with the winner to be announced in 2013.
All of the cocktails featured in Cocktails Made Easy have been handpicked specifically, and each falls into one of seven categories, which are vodka, champagne, rum, whiskey, gin, cognac, and non-alcoholic cocktails. This means that Cocktails Made Easy has a perfect solution for everyone, whether they are planning to experiment and play around with the cocktails featured, or are trying to become an expert and show off to their friends.
Each of the video tutorials features Bovey creating each cocktail from scratch, and gives users of Cocktails Made Easy a step-by-step guide to creating perfect cocktails, as well as other useful hints and tricks that are only ordinarily learned from experience, that would not be included in a traditional cocktail making guide.
While there are already a number of similar applications available for iOS platforms, most are based on cocktail making guide books or simple lists of recipes. Other video tutorial cocktail applications are available, however are much more expensive than Cocktails Made Easy, and lack the accuracy and expertise provided by Bovey.
In addition to the 45 featured cocktails, Cocktails Made Easy includes three tutorial videos where Bovey discusses a number of aspects of making cocktails. These cover the equipment required to create the perfect cocktail, and why it is necessary to use it, the base spirits that all aspiring cocktail creators should have to hand, and how to make your own sugar syrup, which is a popular ingredient often used in cocktail creation.
El Momento Perfecto, Bovey's signature cocktail that saw him through to the Finals, is included within Cocktails Made Easy, and has been such a hit that world-famous chef Jamie Oliver features it on his cocktail menu in his Jamie's Italian chain of restaurants. Both Bovey and El Momento Perfecto have received widespread acclaim from the drinks industry throughout 2012, and have featured in numerous publications.
Should Cocktails Made Easy prove a success, there are plans to add further cocktails, complete with video tutorial, instructions, and hints, to the application in the future.
