[prMac.com] Montreal, Canada - Nicholas Stratigopoulos, a physical and health education teacher is pleased to announced the launch of his 3rd educational app, Soccer PE. It is designed to encourage physical activity through the sport of soccer and ultimately designed to encourage the adoption of an active and healthy lifestyle for children.
Soccer PE features many soccer-related games and activities for physical education settings with the intention of providing an additional soccer resource for physical education teachers. After all, it is not only their job of getting children active, but also improving their quality of life by consciously choosing to lead a healthy and active lifestyle.
Soccer PE is the 3rd educational app game that Nicholas Stratigopoulos, a physical education teacher and graduate of McGill University, has launched to encourage and captivate both Phys Ed teachers and students alike. The application is not like any other soccer application on the market. It is designed to teach the fundamental principles of the sport of soccer as well as to provide users with the tools and guidance to having fun and learning through the game of soccer.
Soccer PE is more than just about the sport of soccer, but also about developing a healthy and active lifestyle. It will become a valuable teaching aid for physical education teachers and coaches as well as a valuable resource that students can use for extra games and activities.
The lessons are categorized according to four essentials to the game of soccer - how to handle the ball, how to play defense, how to pass the ball between teammates, and how to shoot the ball past the goalkeeper and into the net. Users can also familiarize themselves with the rules and laws of the game.
Soccer PE contains quick response codes that redirects to visual explanations and demonstrations of the key skills in soccer, including defensive strategies, dribbling, passing, headers and other related concepts.
As previously mentioned, Soccer PE also tests the level of knowledge that the user has in regards to the game of soccer with the use of quizzes. These quizzes aren't just beneficial for students, but they also help professional and teachers supplement their own knowledge of the game.
Soccer PE has over 100 games available in the database and more games are being developed with invitations for other developers to submit their own work. Very few apps have been developed with such success in being educative, interactive and geared towards changing people's lifestyles, but like his previous applications (TGfU Games PE & Basketball PE), Soccer PE delivers.
