[prMac.com] Kaunas, Lithuania - Today a new educational game for kids - Kids Garden Math - is released. The game strives to teach kids basic mathematics in an engaging way. Players will help Ricky the Cat to harvest his garden.
"The main idea of our game is not only to show to kids that it can be fun to learn mathematics, but also encourage them to be friendly and helpful to each other, as they will help the main character Ricky the Cat to harvest his garden," said Linas Narusevicius, Pyjamas Apps project manager. "It's important to develop helpfulness, cooperation and teamwork skills among kids - these skills are essential for child development and will remain as habits for their entire life."
Kids Garden Math has 4 different levels - teaching to count up to 10, 20, 50 and 100 - each with own scenery, difficulty level and variety of harvest to collect. Each level has four more modes - number matching, addition, subtraction and mixed one, so the game will take various approaches to develop math skills of the player. The game is designed for all iOS devices and is available on the App Store. The full version costs $1.99 and the lite version is coming soon - it will be available for free.
