3,2,1 Run 4.1.5 released with support for iOS 8 and new iPhone 6

in Health and Fitness (E)

[prMac.com] Paris, France - eCOMPOSITE just published the 4.1.5 update of the 3,2,1 Run, providing would-be runners with an easy to use but complete app to start running, enjoy training and start counting miles of running. This new update provides a solid update to the app and a full support of the latest iPhones and iOS 8.

Do you want to start running, and need some help getting out of your couch? Do you want to be able to run for 30, 40 or 60 minutes and feel a rush of pleasure during and after your run? Do you want to keep track of all your runs, be able to compare them and remember the best places you've been?

Then 3,2,1 Run is made for you. It will take you from a non existing runner (as the developer was), to someone who's enjoyed running, for several minutes or for 20 kilometers in the best tracks and the nicest cities.

Choose from a simple run or a training objective (in minutes, distance or calories). Choose one of the included plans to make real progress and see the fat burn, feel better and run faster. During your run, the coach will tell you when to change rhythm, where you are and how long you've been running without having to look at the screen (who's looking at their iPhone screen while running anyway?). You can use your heart rate as a way to choose your running cadence or simply know how much intensity you're running at.

After your run, review interesting stats from your run and keep them for future comparison; speed, location, time, distance, but also time for each milestone, elevation, heart rate. Share your run on Facebook or Twitter with the map of your run or export it in the standard formats (GPX and TCX).

"I don't care if I run slow, I run, and this app has allowed me to total 2 700 km running in the most beautiful places in Europe, Asia and the USA. And my wife too; unable to run more than 500 meters at first, she now regularly runs 10 kilometers a week, and often more. And we both love it," says Cyril Godefroy who's created the app. "I didn't run this distance in a few days; I started slowly, a few kilometers at a time, following the plans that have allowed me to increase my speed and longevity quietly and without injuries. I'm still not a regular marathon runner, but a 10 or 20 km run is now a pleasure. You should have seen me when I started..."

3,2,1 Run works with all iPhones with iOS 7 and later. It's available also as a free version with in-app purchase so you can check if it fits your needs before buying. With the in-app purchase you get the full app and plans.

Heart Rate measure only works if you have a compatible heart rate device, such as the Wahoo Fitness ANT key, the Wahoo Blue HR family of products, the Runalyzer products or another Bluetooth LE heart rate belt or wristband. Bluetooth LE is available on iPhone 4S and later.
