The game's main character is Flap, a tiny red bird fighting against gravity. Flap must cross more hurdles than anyone ever would have expected him to. Working day and night on your skills to become the champion, you can upgrade your bird by collecting coins or by being supported through daily gifts. Located in Southwestern Germany near Stuttgart, The Flapening is a startup project realized by two young German students, Philipp Kosicki and Sascha Rank. As they are still in the fledging stages as a game development studio, they are currently working in a small team of only two people.
