iPad app Scares up Free Halloween Cocktails

in Lifestyle (E)

[prMac.com] Toronto, Canada - Pocket Cocktails, an iOS development firm is getting into the Halloween season, presenting a different Late October libation each day. The cocktails are sourced from their top-selling iPad drink App, Cocktails HD.

Developer Dee Jones photographed nearly two dozen drinks in a makeshift cocktail kitchen in her downtown Toronto condo. Taking nearly a full week in the process, the new drinks are now available in the updated app.

Cocktails HD has been recently featured in MacWorld and Entertainment Weekly magazines as a top iPad app. "The Full screen original photography is the difference", according to Jones. "There are a lot of apps out there with recipes, but not many that combine full screen photography of the finished drink the way we do"

Jones is a developer at Pocket Cocktails Inc, an app development and PR firm with total downloads approaching 4 million units. Their most popular app at the moment is Knitting & Crocheting HD, which is joined by an eclectic assortment of titles including Algebra, Dog Training, Yoga, and Workout apps.
