A cutting-edge task manager for a turbulent modern life. Without any effort Taskoverflow application meets every requirement of contemporary time management. With a combination of simplicity and functionality, Taskoverflow promises to solve the main problem of all task-managers, offering GTD folders, projects, time and location alerts, repeatable tasks, smart priority arrangement, all wrapped into elegant extremely simple UI.
Easy navigation, quick task input, step by step scheduling and captivating additional functions make your planning both effective and fun. Cross off the tasks done with an usual swipe, turn round your phone to see Done Items List and get impressed by how the app changes task priorities according to your location.
Notification alarms of due project steps and repeated tasks will always have you informed. Now you don't need to keep in mind the things to do: just collect and arrange them in Taskoverflow and driven by the app fulfill them one by one, keeping yourself focused only on the current task:
Step by step scheduling:
In time management, task priorities play a central role. So, you have four interactive Lists (Inbox, Focus, Agenda, Someday) to help you organize your workflow process and store, track and retrieve the information related to the things that need to get done.
Swiping off the things done:
Taskoverflow lets you feel like a real boss of the situation crossing off the tasks completed by... swiping them. In this particular way you can remove the tasks from your projects and the project itself. But the app has a unique feature that lets you put your completed project on hold and start it again when it gets actual.
Smart priority arrangement:
Taskoverflow is meant to help you use your time skillfully and saves it for you. You can arrange your tasks by date and time setting proper sound reminders to let you know they are to be done. Moreover, the app lets you make use of all your iPhone features, such as location awareness. Based on it, Taskoverflow will always remind you to do the scheduled things with regards to the places that you have attached to your tasks. Engage in your daily routine and your smart assistant will prompt you the best opportunity and the right time to do the things when you are nearby.
Quick task input:
Adding new items is perfectly quick and simple wherever you are. A simple tap on a launcher list will add a new task to your Inbox. Here you store all your instant ideas before you get to organize them. If the Inbox List fills the screen, use " " button to add the task.
Once you start creating a task you are free to manage and set it up in detail. It's done simply on one screen. Indicate the most essential data of the task in the appropriate boxes. WHERE: choose from your list or add a new place. WHEN: select a date and quickly turn on/off the alarm with one swipe. REPEAT: with "never" as default you may also choose the required routine for your task - daily, weekly, monthly.
Keep the projects going:
Create your new project editing the task: by adding a subtask you turn it into a full-fledged project. Also, you may add the tasks to the existing projects from your lists. To arrange and replace the project steps use "Sort Button". Press it and then shuffle the tasks within the project to set the required priority. Make your project particularly detailed and set the tasks of the project by using "More Details >" button. A visual prompt right under the project title will always show the name of the oncoming project step for their best management.
Turn round to see what's done:
That's in life. In Taskoverflow turn round your iPhone to see it. Every time it's a pure fun to watch the Done Items List drop down after you turn round the phone.
