[prMac.com] Salt Lake City, Utah - Today independent developer Tanner Christensen, creator of the best-selling Lifestyle app Oflow, is excited to announce the launch of Drwer 1.0 for iOS. The perfect app for creatives and artists who need to jot an idea down or do a quick sketch without having to fuss over impractical features and unnecessary settings in an app. Just launch and draw, it's that easy. Drwer even integrates seamlessly with the iPhone and iPad, saving sketches straight to the photo library, so you can open and share all of your sketches instantly.
* Drwer is the simplest drawing app for iPhone and iPad
* Hassle-Free drawing without unnecessary settings
* Works with the built-in photo library
* Two brush sizes to choose from
* Double-tap to erase a drawing
* Grid-overlay mode for more detailed sketches
* Realistic brush texture and movement
* Share sketches right from the library
When Christensen couldn't find a simple app to quickly draw sketches for a project at work, he set out to create a new kind of sketching app. Previous drawing applications require the user to change a multitude of settings or create a new document with unnecessary layers and brush settings every time they open it, Christensen wanted to create an app that would allow creatives to quickly sketch ideas easily.
Relying on the simplicity of built-in iPhone and iPad functionality, Drwer was made to be an app anyone can launch and immediately start drawing in. Artists, painters, professionals, students, and children, can now quickly sketch their ideas out using Drwer without having to mess with a lot of features or confusing settings.
With this app, users get access to the simplest of settings that are painlessly easy to use. Two Brush Sizes let you draw finer details quickly, when needed. GRID OVERLAY creates a semi-transparent grid so you can get layouts just right. Double-Tapping on a drawing erases it instantly, so you can start over and quickly get closer to a better drawing.
Drwer saves drawings directly to the photo library, where they can be shared by email, on Facebook or Twitter, or even printed out. Or you can open saved drawings and add more details if you'd like.
"I wanted a way to draw something quickly without having to use a piece of paper or whiteboard," commented Tanner Christensen. "Drwer is just that: the quickest way to draw an idea out easily."
