Strong - Workout Tracker for iPhone makes tracking workouts easier

May 08, 2014 - Indie developer, Cameron Chow today announces Strong 2.4, an update to his no nonsense workout tracker for iPhone and iPod touch. Simple and incredibly easy to use, Strong is aimed at lifters who want to track their sets, weights and reps across multiple workouts with minimal fuss. It is optimised for a progressive barbell routine but easily adaptable to any other routine of your choosing. Version 2.4 includes many smaller improvements that will build a foundation for the next major update.
