To prevent any data loss, as well as to receive future updates, users of the Coumadin Assist and Warfarin Assist apps should back up their user data to their PC or Mac following the built-in instructions from the app. Once this is done then the users should request a refund from Apple indicating it's because the app is no longer available for sale.
