[prMac.com] Oslo, Norway - Nor Eagle today released an infomercial for their upcoming iPhone game "Fumbers". The movie reveals details about the creation of the project as well as a demonstration of the gameplay. T. Benjamin Larsen, Nor Eagle CEO, Creative Director and hand-model had this to say about the trailer: "It's almost like a mini-documentary of sorts. You get a feeling for the philosophy behind the game, what it's aiming for and just how much fun it is!" Nor Eagle is gearing up for Fumbers' release and reveals the game should be out as early as this week: "Yes, we hope to deliver it to the public this week. The new fumbers-site went live at the end of last week and all the pieces seems to be in place. We're thrilled about our product and can hardly wait to get it out there!"
Asked about the design for the in-game character featured in the trailer Larsen had something of a surprise in store: "It's actually me!" he laughed "The idea was always to have a character to make some kind of psychological connection with the player. After a lot of back and forth I simply decided to put my own avatar in there, after all it is my game! It's nice to have a rapport with the gamers, even if it is a virtual one." "Fumbers" is expected to be available as soon as this week and will cost $1.99.
