[prMac.com] Wiesbaden, Germany - Encouraged by Apple's choice to feature Today Todo Pro for the last weeks in the App Store and the tremendous user feedback, Spielhaus refined its productivity app further by adding recurring tasks as well as a built-in web server. Today's main focus is the creation of an uncluttered yet sophisticated task management app that follows the principle of the fewest taps possible when it comes to interface design. Today has been created as such to expand its feature set without hampering usability.
The application's appearance radiates positivity and tranquility by displaying a sunny landscape that holds the user's tasks. The same landscape is presented in three other variations (night scene, sunrise and distant hills) for the display of past, future and someday todos. Besides useful and cleverly implemented features like lists inside an unobtrusive curtain that can be lowered at any time, Spielhaus follows Apple's way by designing a simple looking yet powerful app. The built-in web server allows users to manage their tasks from the browser of their choice an a Mac or PC. The creation of recurring tasks stays true to the app's principle and fits seamlessly into the workflow of new todos.
Sliding the sun to switch the different task views is both unique and easy to grasp. Adding new tasks can still be accomplished with a fraction of the amount of taps required in other apps - simply by turning the device by 90 degrees. Today's overall look and polish as well as the innovative interface are still very well received. Most of the written App Store reviews reward it with the highest rating available.
