1Password for Mac 3.2.3 Released - Several Fixes and Improvements

June 22, 2010 in Software (E)

[prMac.com] Toronto (Ontario, Canada) - 1Password 3.2.3 brings several important fixes and improvements to the popular password manager and form-filling software. Among the changes are improved support for non-English languages in 1PasswordAnywhere, an all-purpose mobile solution provided by 1Password that allows you to keep your passwords and data securely available when you're away from your computer. For people not carrying 1Password touch on their iPhone, iPod or iPad, 1PasswordAnywhere provides security and convenience, accessible through the web. It can sync via DropBox and makes retrieving your private data possible through a secure connection in most web browsers.

1Password 3.2.3 also improves browser integration for sites that use new HTML 5 form field types and puts some finishing touches on areas of the user interface, including search enhancements, visual feedback and keyboard navigation.

What's New in 1Password 3.2.3:
[CHANGED] No longer including items from the trash in search results when searching "Everywhere".
[CHANGED] Improved Diagnostics Report to see if the DropBox sync process is running as well as more verbose logging of file attributes.
[CHANGED] Now correctly catching and displaying parsing errors of contents.js in 1PasswordAnywhere.
[CHANGED] Changed formatting of data file to make debugging 1PasswordAnywhere problems easier.
[FIXED] Fixed problem decoding Double Byte characters and other non-latin characters in 1PasswordAnywhere.
[FIXED] No longer silently failing when adding a license key for another product; any non-1Password for Mac key will display an error message.
[FIXED] Now correctly saving Logins for sites that use the new HTML 5 email field type.
[FIXED] Fixed tabbing (ctrl-tab) out of notes field in browser save form dialog.
[FIXED] Fixed problem auto-resizing login fields name column.
