ch@tter 1.3 adds Instapaper and New Web Functionality

August 3, 2010 in Social Networking (E)

[] Austin, Texas - ch@tter(TM) v1.3, the leading Twitter visualization app on the iPad, is now available. Visually lively and highly interactive, ch@tter lets you easily separate and categorize incoming tweets. The new version helps you share links from your Twitter stream with everyone you know by tweet, email and Instapaper bookmarks. Designed to simplify and amplify your Twitter lifestyle, it helps you find the matter in the chatter.

ch@tter's innovative "avatar treemap" makes it easy for the user to scan the top 30 reference-rich tweets. In addition, by partitioning your Twitter timeline into "friend" and "caster" groups, it lets you quickly see both what is important to your inner circle and the rest of the world.

Version 1.3 adds support for Instapaper and useful features to its web view. Instapaper, one of the leading web bookmarking services, provides a place to preserve reference tweets so all your systems can easily use them. In this expanded version, ch@tter now adds to the web view the capability to tweet, retweet, email and bookmark the web links in your Twitter timeline.

"An interesting way to browse your Twitter feeds. Most iPad twitter apps are just upsized from the iPhone. Ch@tter is different and really takes advantage of the larger screen real estate. It's an interesting concept and probably works best for those who follow a lot of twitterers and don't have time to read every tweet." - Customer Review on the iTunes App Store by jeffkramer
