1Password 3.5 adds comprehensive support for Chrome

November 10, 2010 in Software (E)

[prMac.com] Toronto (Ontario), Canada - Agile Web Solutions loves Google Chrome, and now they have the 1Password support to prove it. 1Password is a high-security personal information database with seamless integration with all popular web browsers. The 1Password extension for Chrome now features a revamped UI and more fluid browser integration, as well as web login, credit card and identity form-filling features within Chrome.

The developers at Agile Web Solutions have worked hard on this new 1Password release, with special focus on improving Chrome support. Rather than trying to mimic their popular Safari and Firefox integrations, attention was given to creating a browser extension that takes full advantage of the possibilities which Chrome offers. The result: an extension, in a class of its own, bringing Chrome users an unrivaled interface to their 1Password data.

In addition to Chrome support, many other general fixes and improvements accompany this release as well. Improvements to Dropbox setup and status display extend support for the popular sync solution. Overall performance improvements, reduced memory and disk usage, and continued refinement of the interface improve the entire user experience. This update is free for all existing 1Password 3 for Mac license holders.
