[prMac.com] San Diego, California - Start-up app developer Undaunted Apps has just released Celebritize! for iPhone and iPod touch 4G devices. With Celebritize!, users can snap photos of themselves and their friends with their favorite celebrities anytime, anywhere. This unique and innovative app, priced at just $.99, includes four to eight poses of the featured celebrity. Celebritize! is the first app put out by start up app developer Undaunted Apps and partner PocketMac.
Celebritize! is very simple to use: The user chooses which celebrity pose they want to use, composes their photo and snaps it. The celebrity pose can be resized and moved around the screen when composing the photo using standard finger gestures. This gives the user a lot of freedom in how their photo will look. Photos shot with Celebritize! are saved in the app's photo album and can be saved to the iPhone's camera roll, emailed, copied for pasting in MMS messages, or deleted.
Currently, there are seven editions of Celebritize! for sale in the App Store. Each edition features a different celebrity with more to be released in the coming weeks. The seven current celebrities are Taylor Lautner, Robert Pattinson, Justin Bieber, Oprah, Ellen Degeneres, Harry Connick Jr. and Kathy Griffin. Future editions will feature Conan O'Brien, Lady Gaga, Presidents Obama, Bush and Clinton, the cast of the Jersey Shore, Jimmy Fallon and more.
The app requires iOS 4.x and runs on the iPhone 3/3GS/4 and iPod touch 4G. Celebritize! can take advantage of both rear and front cameras on the iPhone 4 and latest generation of the iPod touch. To get a free media copy of the app for review, please contact Rick Dieterle at 619-549-0636.
